What vinyl material do you use?

We use Avery, General Formulations, R tape and Oracal material for all graphics.

Can my order be shipped?

Yes! We ship orders daily to customers.

We use the United States Postal Service for all shipments. We offer 2-3 day Priority as well as Express Overnight mail.

What payment options do i have?

We accept pay pal, USPS money orders and cash payments.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Turnaround time varies by the job. Please ask us during placing your order for a estimated turnaround time. Factors include how busy we currently are and how big or small of a job you are placing with us is. Typical turnaround is 2-5 business days.

What colors are available?

There are dozens of colors available. Depending on how large a job is, special orders are available for a needed color.

For one color vinyl graphics, we stock the following on a daily basis due to them being popular colors:

white
black
red
blue
silver

We also offer full color printing so you are not limited to just what we have in stock as far as colors.

Artwork

I have artwork already, Can i send it to you?

Of course! To make sure your file is ready you must meet the following requirements:

• EPS, AI, PDF Vector File Format only
• Convert All Text To Outlines
• Make The Design Actual Production Size
  

Please create your vinyl decal files in vector format. The ideal program to create your files in is Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw. Corel files must be exported as a EPS. Flattened Photoshop PSD files are only usable for full color print jobs.

If you would like to make a high resolution JPG in Photoshop and send it in black and white, that is suggested as we may be able to trace it.

Simply converting a JPG, PSD or other into a EPS, AI or PDF will not work as expected so please do not send the file if you have done so. We offer design services to those who are not familiar with designing themselves.

For print jobs such as postcards, business cards and brochures please make sure your file meets the following:

• 350 DPI Minimum
• PDF File Format
• Convert All Text To Outlines
• Make The Design Actual Production Size
  

The ideal programs to create print jobs in is Adobe Photoshop or Adobe InDesign.

I don't meet the requirements for artwork, Can you help?

Not a problem!

We understand not everyone is a designer and we are here to help those who are not. There may be a one time design fee on some designs depending on the job, Please contact us to discuss your job details.

Design fees start at just $30.00/hr with a 1 hour minimum.

How do i show you a preview of the design i need?

Easy. Simply create a JPG version of your design, upload it here http://tinypic.com then simply paste the "Direct Link for Layouts" link into the message box where it says "Preview of Design".
